Teacher was wonderful, knowledgeable and kept us engaged and interested. Good hands on practice.

Took the course in Edmonton with course instructor Shane Bruneau who was exceptionally friendly and highly professional at the same time and made the students feel welcome and throughout the course he was fun to be with and learn from. I strongly recommend his services to any prospective student and I wish Shane all the best and sincerely hope he would be my instructor again in 3 years time.

I can’t say enough good things about Coast2Coast First Aid/CPR – Hamilton. This is now my third time using Coast2Coast for my First Aid and CPR certification, which I need for my job in security at Mohawk College, and every experience has been excellent. When it came time to renew my certification, Coast2Coast was my first choice. I had already had such positive experiences with them in the past that I didn’t really feel the need to look anywhere else. My instructor, Joyal Fernandez, was absolutely fantastic. He was knowledgeable, professional, patient, and made the course genuinely enjoyable. He explained everything clearly, gave us plenty of opportunities to practise the hands-on skills, and made sure we understood not just what to do in an emergency, but why we were doing it. That makes a huge difference when you’re learning skills you may actually have to rely on in the real world. Working in security, First Aid and CPR aren’t just certificates I need for employment — these are skills I could potentially have to use to help someone during an emergency. I left the course feeling refreshed, confident, and much better prepared because of Joyal’s instruction. Another thing I really appreciate is that Coast2Coast is a Canadian Red Cross Training Partner. Knowing that the training follows recognized Canadian Red Cross standards gives me even more confidence in the quality of the certification and the skills being taught. The entire Coast2Coast process has always been organized, professional, and straightforward, which is exactly why I keep coming back when it’s time to renew. I had Ms. Hetal Patel when I did my lessons for first aid, standard/intermediate CPR AED Level C. She was in depth with her explanations and analogies and provided adequate practice time for participants to learn how to apply a sling safely, provide CPR to adults/children, applying pressure to wounds, and much more. The test is easy and at the time of this review, require you to get 75% to pass out of 35 multiple choice questions.
