Blended learning suits demanding schedules: CPR/AED Level C alone takes 2-3 hours of online theory plus a 4-hour classroom session, while Intermediate/Standard First Aid & CPR/AED Level C includes 8 hours of online theory plus 7.5 hours of hands-on skills (also available as a full 16-hour in-class course). Canadian Red Cross certificate issued within 48 hours.

Yes. All courses at our Durham Region facilities are WSIB approved and meet Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) Regulation 1101 requirements. Canadian Red Cross certification is accepted by all Durham Region employers.

We operate three facilities across Durham Region: Ajax (467 Westney Rd S), Oshawa (245 Simcoe St S), and Whitby (1751 Wentworth St Unit 12). Choose whichever is closest to you when booking.

Yes. Canadian Red Cross Basic Life Support certification is available as a 4-hour in-class session at our Ajax and Oshawa facilities. BLS is designed for healthcare professionals, nursing students, and clinical staff, and certification is valid for 1 year.

Your Canadian Red Cross certificate is issued within 48 hours of successfully completing your course at any Durham Region facility. Certificates are valid for 3 years (1 year for BLS). Recertification must be paid for and completed with the same certifying body before your existing certificate expires, with a minimum grade of 75% required on the recertification evaluation; if your certificate lapses first, you'll need to retake the full course rather than a shorter recertification.

Yes. Most First Aid and CPR/AED courses across Durham Region are available in blended format, letting you complete the theory portion online before attending the hands-on in-class skills session at your chosen facility.
