Ways to Reach Us

How Do I Contact Coast2Coast First Aid & Safety?

Call 1-866-291-9121, email info@c2cfirstaidaquatics.com, open the live chat, or send the form below. All four reach the same customer service team, and they are not interchangeable. A same-day seat change needs the phone. A question about an invoice needs email, because you can attach it.

  • Call the toll-free line

Fastest route, and the only one open on a weekend. Have your course date and the name on the registration ready and most calls end in one go.

Booking private or group training is a separate form. Sessions run at your own site or one of our California facilities, and the request asks for a head count and a course level. Start on the private and group training page instead — it reaches the same team with the details already filled in.

Do You Need Assistance? We Can Help

Tell us what you need and one of our agents will get back to you. Name the course and the city, and give us the date if you already hold a booking. That is what an agent looks up first, so including it saves a round trip.

Message the US training office Sent any hour · answered during office hours, PST

The form cannot cancel or move a booking. Registration changes run on the deadlines in our course policies, and a message sitting in a queue overnight can miss one. Call 1-866-291-9121 or email info@c2cfirstaidaquatics.com instead.

Common Questions

Contact Questions, Answered

What is the phone number for Coast2Coast First Aid & Safety?

Our toll-free number is 1-866-291-9121, and it reaches the same customer service team from anywhere in the United States. It is open seven days a week, with shorter weekend hours. Weekday mornings are quietest.

What email address should I use?

Write to info@c2cfirstaidaquatics.com for any question about a course, a booking or a certificate. A second address, contact@c2cfirstaidaquatics.com, is also published for general inquiries. Email is the better route when the answer depends on a document you can attach.

When is your office open?

The office is open 7:30 am to 4:00 pm Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 11:00 am Saturday, and 7:30 am to 9:00 am Sunday, Pacific time. Live chat keeps shorter hours than the phone — 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday only. Public holidays are the exception, so call ahead if you are planning around one.

Can I cancel or reschedule my class through the contact form?

No. Cancellations, rescheduling and course level changes go through the phone or email, not the form or live chat. Those changes run on the deadlines in our company policies, and a message waiting overnight can miss one. Call 1-866-291-9121 with your registration details ready.

How do I use the live chat?

Open the chat window in the corner of this page between 7:30 am and 4:00 pm PST, Monday to Friday, and an agent answers. It suits quick questions about a training course: which level your job asks for, what a class covers, what to bring. Anything that changes a booking belongs on the phone instead.

Where do I register for a First Aid or CPR class?

Book a seat yourself on our course calendar, which shows live dates and the seats left in each one. Call us only if the date you want is not there, or if you are booking a group, which goes through private and group training.

My certificate has not arrived. Who do I ask?

Email info@c2cfirstaidaquatics.com with the name on the registration and the date of your class. Digital certificates are issued within 48 hours of a successful skills evaluation, so anything past that is worth a message. Those two details are what an agent needs to find the record.

Where are your US training facilities?

We train at 2115 N Bellflower Blvd, Long Beach, CA 90815 and 2316 1/2 S Union Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90007. Our US office sits separately at 777 S. Alameda St. 2nd Floor, Los Angeles, CA 90021, and no classes run from there. Groups outside those two cities book onsite training.

Can you train my workplace at our own site?

Yes — private group training runs at your site or at one of our California facilities. Start on the private and group training page rather than the general form — the request asks for the head count, course level and location we need to quote.

Is Coast2Coast training accepted for OSHA compliance?

Our First Aid and CPR/AED training is OSHA compliant, which is what most employers need. OSHA approves no provider, course or certificate; it requires an employer to have somebody adequately trained to render first aid and leaves the choice to the employer. Our American Red Cross certification classes include a graded skills test.

Who do I contact about a job or teaching for Coast2Coast?

Instructor and office roles are listed on our careers page, with one application form for all of them. Each posting names the certificate it needs and the hourly rate. Apply there rather than here, so your resume reaches the people hiring.
