What email address should I use?
Write to info@c2cfirstaidaquatics.com for any question about a course, a booking or a certificate. Email works best when the answer depends on a document you can attach, such as a receipt or a group list.
Can I cancel or reschedule my class through the contact form?
No. Cancellations, rescheduling and course changes go through the phone or email, not the form or live chat. Those changes run on the deadlines in our course policies, and a message waiting overnight can miss one.
How do I use the live chat?

Where do I register for a First Aid or CPR class?
Book a seat yourself on our course calendar, which shows live dates and the seats left in each class. Call us only if the date you want is not there, or if you are booking a group.
Which first aid course does my workplace need?
The majority of workplaces require Intermediate/Standard First Aid with CPR/AED Level C. It is a 16-hour course that meets WSIB, Occupational Health & Safety and WCB requirements. Basic/Emergency First Aid is an 8-hour course for lower-risk environments. Compare them on our first aid courses page, and check with your employer if you are unsure.
My certificate has not arrived. Who do I ask?
Email info@c2cfirstaidaquatics.com with the name on the registration and the date of your class. Digital certificates are issued within 48 hours of a successful skills evaluation, so anything past that is worth a message. Our lost certificate page covers older certificates.
Can you train my workplace at our own site?
Yes. Private and group training runs at your site or at one of our facilities. Start on the private and group training page rather than the general form. The request asks for the head count and course level we need to quote.
