Testimonials!
Here are a few quotes from some happy customers:
It’s horrible to think that disasters such as medical emergency or motor-vehicle accidents happen on a daily basis around the world. When you are faced with one of these situations, sometimes there could only be two outcomes; you are the deciding factor of which one. It is our responsibility to help those in need if we are capable, which is why it is necessary to have CPR/AED and First Aid skills under your belt.
The authenticity of your knowledge in which you absorb from a First Aid class is wondrous for those who know your skills and expertise, and can feel safe in your presence at all times. While we never want these life-events to happen, they do occur, and it is inevitable. We could respond promptly, and accordingly to each situation and be part of saving someones life. In our London First Aid & CPR training facility, Coast2Coast assures that your communities will be protected after taking one of our courses and knowing the life-saving techniques for any scenario.

If you are interested in becoming First Aid and CPR/AED certified through the Canadian Red Cross, then the Online Blended format may be a great option for you! The Online Blended format is an ideal way to complete training when you are on a tight schedule as it is more flexible than a traditional all in-class training.
The Online Blended First Aid and CPR/AED training course is WSIB approved through the Canadian Red Cross. When completing your training with Coast2Coast at our London facility, you will first need to complete an online component. This component will provide you with the theory and knowledge of first aid and CPR/AED training. Complete it in the comfort of your own home prior to your in-class date.
Once you complete the online component, you will need to attend an in-class session. During this session, you will focus on practicing hands-on skills with an experienced Canadian Red Cross instructor. Gain the confidence required to save a life when an emergency strikes!
After three years, most Canadian Red Cross First Aid and CPR/AED certificates expire. Before they expire, you will need to complete a Recertification course. Some training levels can be recertified while others cannot. Which ones can?
CPR/AED Level C and Standard First Aid & CPR/AED Level C can both be recertified through a Canadian Red Cross partner such as Coast2Coast! In order to be eligible for a Recertification course, you must have a valid (not expired) certificate from the Canadian Red Cross. If you wish to recertify CPR/AED Level C, you are welcome to do so every three years. Standard First Aid & CPR/AED Level C, on the other hand, can only be recertified every other certification. This means that you cannot take a Recertification course twice in a row; you must alternate between a full course and a Recertification course.
For those who need to renew a CPR/AED Level A or Emergency First Aid & CPR/AED Level C certificate, you will need to register for a full course again. Recertification courses are not available for these two training courses.
Basic Life Support (BLS-HCP) training has been designed for those who work as healthcare professionals. This could be nurses, first responders, dental professionals and more! In this high-intensity training, students will be taught necessary life-saving skills to care for patients.
In the Basic Life Support (BLS-HCP) training course, students can expect to learn various skills such as high-performance CPR, AED, trauma and more. Each of these skills is pertinent to understand as a healthcare professional. Not only will you learn life-saving skills, you will also learn how to work as a team in a fast-paced environment such as a hospital.
If you are in a healthcare profession, check with your employer to see if you require Basic Life Support (BLS-HCP) training. This training is required to be renewed annually as the certificate is only valid for one year. Keep your skills fresh at all times and continue helping people in need.
Oftentimes, people who require Basic Life Support (BLS-HCP) training also require First Aid training such as Standard First Aid & CPR/AED Level C.
Coast2Coast First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS-HCP) courses are offered as separate training in London. This means that students will need to register for two courses if they require both first aid and Basic Life Support training. Emergency and Standard First Aid & CPR/AED Level C will cover basic first aid skills as well as CPR, AED and choking for adults, children and infants. Basic Life Support (BLS-HCP) will have some overlap, but will focus on high-performance CPR, BVM, trauma and more. These courses will prepare students for careers in healthcare professions, boosting their confidence in life-saving skills.
If you wish to register for both courses with Coast2Coast, you will be eligible for a bundle discount, bringing your Basic Life Support training down from $64.99+HST to $39.99+HST.
Although you do not require special training to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), it is great experience to have as training will make you feel more prepared and confident in your life-saving skills. With the proper training, it will take less time for you to prepare the victim for shock (applying pads, removing jewellery/clothing, etc.).
Luckily for you, all Coast2Coast First Aid and CPR training courses include AED training in London. Students will have the opportunity to learn how to use many different types of AEDs, alternate between CPR and AED usage and learn how to work as a team to help save a life.
AEDs are used to help victims of cardiac arrest. We use an AED when a victim is unresponsive with no pulse. Using an AED can mean the difference between life and death for the victim. Due to the success of using an AED on an unresponsive victim, these life-saving devices have been installed in many public places around London in the case of an emergency.
