Our first aid and CPR courses are a practical choice for WSIB compliance, workplace safety, and personal preparedness. Course length depends on the option you choose: CPR/AED Level C alone takes 2-3 hours of online theory plus a 4-hour classroom session, while Intermediate/Standard First Aid & CPR/AED Level C includes 8 hours of online theory plus 7.5 hours of hands-on skills. Intermediate/Standard First Aid is also available as a full 16-hour in-class course. Canadian Red Cross certificates are issued within 48 hours after successful completion.
- Supports Ontario workplace first aid requirements and WSIB Regulation 1101 expectations
- Hands-on skills testing with AED use and automated external defibrillator practice
- Life-saving emergency response skills: bleeding control, CPR, and recognizing heart attacks and strokes
- Free skills practice retake within 90 days for eligible participants
