Our First Aid and CPR course is a common choice for WSIB approved workplace certification in Ontario. Students complete a self-paced online portion before class, or choose a full classroom format when available. Intermediate first aid is typically two days; Basic/Emergency First Aid is usually one day.
These courses cover common injuries, choking, allergic reactions, wounds, heart attack, stroke, and other medical emergencies. Classroom time uses high-quality equipment for CPR practice, AED Trainer practice, and hands-on skills testing. Hands-on skills testing with automated external defibrillator is included.

Yes. BLS replaced CPR-HCP in April 2019. It is for healthcare professionals and first responders. BLS includes hands on training, team dynamics, AED use, simulated clinical scenarios, and stroke recognition. Certification is valid for one year in Canada.
Yes. Blended learning combines online theory with an engaging classroom session. Students develop practical confidence as they practise CPR, AED use, bandaging, recovery position, and lifesaving skills with a certified instructor.
