First Aid & CPR/AED Training

As a healthcare professional, you likely need First Aid & CPR/AED training along with Basic Life Support (BLS-HCP). Each of these courses at Coast2Coast are WSIB approved and follow the guidelines set by the Canadian Red Cross. Learn from Canadian Red Cross certified instructors and gain the confidence you require for your job.

First Aid & CPR/AED Training Levels

At Coast2Coast, we provide two levels of First Aid & CPR/AED training. These courses are Emergency First Aid & CPR/AED Level C and Standard First Aid & CPR/AED Level C. If you wish to enroll in either of these training courses, there are two ways you may earn a certificate: Traditional All In-Class or Online Blended. These two formats will both provide you with a WSIB approved Canadian Red Cross certificate.

Basic Life Support (BLS-HCP) Training

If you require Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) training, it is important that you hold a valid Basic Life Support (BLS-HCP) certificate. This training is a pre-requisite to ACLS training. At Coast2Coast, we provide BLS-HCP training at many locations throughout Ontario in morning or evening sessions. Training lasts four hours and is held in-class only.

Currently, our First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS-HCP) courses are held separately as of April 2019. First aid training will cover basic to advanced skills as well as CPR, AED and choking for adults, children and infants. Our Basic Life Support course will have some overlap of skills, but will primarily focus on high-intensity CPR, BVM, how to work in a fast-paced environment with a team and more.

Bundle Discount

If you wish to register for a First Aid & CPR/AED training as well as the Basic Life Support (BLS-HCP) training, you will be eligible for a bundle discount. Please register for each course separately to apply the bundle discount.
