I was fortunate to have an excellent experience during my CPR/SFA retraining with Ezz as my instructor for the day. It is clear that he has a strong passion and interest in teaching others how to perform First Aid, and he presents this very clearly when teaching as he ensures to thoroughly detail all topics of the course to participants, and is very engaged in making sure everyone attending learns and understands the material (both didactically and through hands-on practice) by the time they leave. I greatly appreciated his commitment to teaching this class, and would greatly recommend to anyone looking to receive CPR or First Aid certification!

I just completed my recertification with Chuck in Niagara, and after completing several certifications throughout my career, I can confidently say this was the best one I’ve done yet.

Chuck kept the day moving at a great pace-engaging, practical, and very hands-on. It was clear from the start that he knows the content inside and out. He delivered most of the training from memory, which made it incredibly easy to follow and stay engaged. Rather than reading from notes or a manual, he created a learning experience that felt natural, responsive, and grounded in real-world application.

The day flew by, and before I knew it, the training was done. I would highly recommend this course to anyone looking for a meaningful, well-delivered, and practical recertification experience

Scott was an incredible instructor!! He made the 8 hour course fly by. He asked hypothetical scenarios and guided us through the process of appropriate action. He provided scaffolding questions to correct us when we were unsure. I hope to see Scott when I’m back in 2029!!!

Kelly is an amazing instructor! Couple recommendations is request that people be mindful of allergens (peanuts, fragrances) beforehand, and make the text bigger on the screen for people in the back. Otherwise fantastic!
