I recently completed my BLS training at Coast2Coast First Aid/CPR in Scarborough, and I had a very positive experience. Azra was our instructor, and she was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and supportive throughout the course. She explained all the concepts clearly and made sure everyone understood both the theory and hands-on skills. The class was well-organized, and she created a comfortable learning environment where questions were encouraged. Her feedback during practice helped build confidence in performing BLS skills correctly. Overall, I had a great learning experience at the Scarborough location, and I would highly recommend Azra as an instructor to anyone planning to take BLS or CPR training.

Ezz was amazing. Made the class and information very entertaining.

Standard first aid and cpr/aed with Mohamed Ezz. He was phenomenal. Very informative and gave not only the information required but also explained all the reasoning behind why each step of the course was important in a way that kept the material interesting. Gave a lot of real life examples to allow the material to be easily remembered, I would happily take a course with him in the future and recommend to anyone looking for a good first aid and for course.

Ezz was a fantastic instructor. He and the course (online and in-person) were highly interactive, allowing for a great blend of independent and collaborative learning. This was a course I’ve always wanted to take, just for fun, but now that I plan to work in a position of care, learning standard first aid and CPR/AED has become all the more important. I would definitely recommend this program to anyone interested in learning these valuable skills.
