I recently completed the CPR & First Aid course at Coast2Coast in Burlington, and it was an excellent experience. Our instructor, Prabhjot Jhajj, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and highly trained. She explained every topic clearly, made the hands-on practice engaging, and created a supportive learning environment where everyone felt comfortable asking questions. The course was truly enriching and provided practical skills that I believe everyone should have the opportunity to learn. I left feeling much more confident and prepared to respond in an emergency. Super fun course with Maria. I took the intermediate first aid and CPR/AED Level C course. I got 100% on the exam without much issue. The scenarios and ice breakers were quite fun and Maria was very informative and experienced!
