I recently completed my Standard First Aid & CPR/AED Level C training at the Scarborough location, and I had a great experience. The instructor made the class interactive, engaging, and easy to follow, even with the amount of information covered. What I appreciated most was the hands-on practice and the real-life scenarios, which made me feel much more confident about what to do in an emergency. The staff were friendly, the facility was organized, and the overall experience was smooth from registration to completion. I walked away with valuable skills and a certification, but more importantly, I feel better prepared to help others when it matters most. I recently completed my BLS training at Coast2Coast First Aid/CPR in Scarborough, and I had a very positive experience. Azra was our instructor, and she was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and supportive throughout the course. She explained all the concepts clearly and made sure everyone understood both the theory and hands-on skills. The class was well-organized, and she created a comfortable learning environment where questions were encouraged. Her feedback during practice helped build confidence in performing BLS skills correctly. Overall, I had a great learning experience at the Scarborough location, and I would highly recommend Azra as an instructor to anyone planning to take BLS or CPR training.
