I completed the course in the blended learning format, and it was an excellent experience. The flexibility of being able to organize my study schedule and learn at my own pace helped me get the most out of the in-person training. Maria, the instructor, was outstanding. She was very knowledgeable, explained the content clearly, and made sure everyone understood the material before moving forward. Her teaching approach was engaging and effective. The course included many practical simulations based on real-life situations, which made the training even more valuable and prepared me well for real-world scenarios. I highly recommend this course to anyone looking to obtain this certification.
