Kianoosh (Kia) was the best instructor I could ask for. He was very detailed and insisted that we, as first aiders, know the WHY of what we’re doing so we fully grasp and understand the tasks at hand. He was able to answer my questions thoroughly. He is a very good and experienced instructor and I hope Coast 2 Coast continues to host his amazing preceptorship. I came as a refresher to my previous and active First Aid CPR-C and came out enjoying it more than my previous one three years ago. I would love to be able to have this instructor again, should our paths cross in another 3 years from now. Thank you Coast 2 Coast for providing us with such experienced and knowledgeable instructors such as Mr. Kianoosh. Thank you to Mr. Kianoosh for the valuable knowledge and expertise.
Response from the owner:Thank you for the wonderful review, Jaqueline! πŸ™ We agree that Kianoosh is an outstanding instructor who does a fantastic job of explaining the 'why' behind every skill. We're glad you had such an enjoyable recertification class with us in Toronto. If you know anyone who needs training, send them our way! – The Coast2Coast Team
