Some of our students who take First Aid & CPR may also be required to complete a Basic Life Support training course. Those who need Basic Life Support include nurses, first responders and other healthcare professionals. Learn more about our Basic Life Support training below:

If you are interested in registering for both Standard/Emergency First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS), please be sure to register for each course separately. Each of these courses are now taught individually in Burlington, giving students the opportunity to further enhance their life saving skills. Both courses are designed to provide a high level of training, but the BLS course is specifically for healthcare providers who require intense training.

Coast2Coast offers first aid and CPR/AED courses in two possible delivery methods including “Blended” and “Traditional All-In-Class.” These course types are scheduled on different dates, creating more opportunities for students to complete their training. If our Blended course option does not work for you, please check out our Traditional All-In-Class schedule by clicking the “Find a Date” button. What is Traditional All In-Class? Our Traditional All-In-Class format is a course that is only held in a classroom. The entire training will be taught by one of our highly skilled Canadian Red Cross instructors who will teach theory and hands-on skills over the course of four to 16 hours depending on the course level you choose.
