Our First Aid & CPR/AED training in Nepean is offered in both Blended and Recertification formats, allowing participants to choose the option that best fits their schedule and certification needs.
Blended First Aid & CPR/AED Courses
Our Blended Learning courses in Nepean combine the convenience of online learning with hands-on, instructor-led training. The theory portion of the course is completed through online modules, while the practical, hands-on skills are taught in class with the assistance of a certified blended course instructor.
This format is ideal for participants taking First Aid & CPR/AED for the first time, upgrading their training level, or whose current certificate has expired. Upon successful completion, participants are eligible to receive a Canadian Red Cross certificate.
First Aid & CPR/AED Recertification Courses
Our Recertification courses in Nepean are designed for participants who already hold a valid, non-expired Canadian Red Cross First Aid & CPR/AED certificate and need to keep their training current. Recertification focuses on refreshing essential life-saving skills, reinforcing confidence, and reviewing updated guidelines or curriculum changes.
This streamlined training option allows experienced participants to practice hands-on skills in a classroom setting without repeating the full course.

Certification Provided3-year Canadian Red Cross certificate (valid for WSIB). Note: If you need BLS for healthcare, please select the Healthcare course option.
