I recently completed my First Aid & CPR‑C training here, and it was a great experience. The instructor (Dimitrih Lafleur ) was very knowledgeable, patient, and explained every step clearly. The hands‑on practice with CPR, AED, and emergency scenarios was very helpful and made me feel confident about responding in real situations. The training centre was well‑organized, clean, and the staff guided me properly through registration and the online portion. Overall, it was a smooth and professional experience. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to complete their CPR and First Aid certification.

Excellent presentation and teaching from Selina Rawe

Had a fantastic experience with instructor John Devlin. He was very engaging, hands on, informative, and extremely experienced. He was very passionate about the topics taught, challenged misconceptions about CPR-C and first aid, and related a lot of material to real life scenarios and experiences. Room was a little hot (not John's fault though), otherwise, could not have asked for a better overall experience.

Saika is really good teacher and was knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire course easy to understand. She explained everything clearly, answered all our questions, and created a comfortable learning environment. The hands-on practice was especially helpful and gave me confidence in using these skills in real-life situations. I highly recommend this instructor to anyone looking for quality First Aid and CPR training!
