I had a very positive experience with Carel! She made everyone feel supported and provided a safe environment with no judgement. She made this extremely long class a great experience with jokes and laughter. Her teaching style is straight forward and easy to follow along with! Overall it was an excellent experience and it is evident that she is routing for success with everyone she teaches!

My trainer, Elhamy, was professional, knowledgeable, and explained every procedure clearly with hands-on practice. He made the training engaging and ensured everyone understood the techniques properly. The staff were also helpful throughout the process, from online registration to the in-person training session. Was trained by Scott, answered questions and performed procedures with good detail and discussed different case scenarios to help further understand the concepts and underlying logic to the administration of first aid.

Very informative class, really enjoyed the steps and practical methods used to make us understand. Instructor was Teresa Kwoon. She is the best!

Our instructor, Teresa Kwoon, is very professional. She is very eager to equip all students with the correct knowledge so she explains things very clearly. I really like the way that she gives us practices via scenarios, so that we can feel the atmosphere as if some accident is really happening and we as first-aiders have to deal with communication, observation apart from the care skills. This is a really useful class for me.

I have done intermediate CPR and first aid training in Markham facility with Teresa Kwoon. She is an amazing instructor and we all had fun and learnt a lot.
