As of 2018, the Canadian Red Cross updated physical certificates to PDF downloads. Physical certificates are no longer issued to students who complete a First Aid & CPR/AED training course. If you wish to have a physical copy, you are welcome to download your certificate from your Red Cross account and print it at home. With a downloadable version, it is easy to gain access to a lost certificate at any time.

If you need a copy sent to you because you do not have access to a computer/printer, you may contact the Canadian Red Cross directly and request your certificate to be mailed to you.
