Very comprehensive and practical training sessions at a reasonable price. The trainer was friendly and knowledgeable. Coast2Coast also shows great flexibility with booking, which is essential for a company of our size with staff on a hybrid schedule. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for quality first aid training.

Coast2Coast First Aid and Aquatics is a recognized business that offers certain First Aid and life-saving related certifications for professionals and anyone who wants to enhance their skill set. They operate out of various sites across Ontario (GTA and Southwestern Ontario) and are partnered up with the Canadian Red Cross. I'm an RN who has practiced for the past decade in an outpatient capacity. I recently acquired a new role and will be heading back to inpatient at a local hospital and as a result, took a full BLS (CPR/AED) course from Coast2Coast out of the Kitchener location. It was very comprehensive and the instructor (PRABH) covered all the related topics and was highly knowledgable with providing rationale. She had a good demeanour and was approachable - great qualities to have as an instructor. RECOMMENDATIONS: - ensure you have registered for the correct course as they have a ton listed on the Canadian red cross site. I recommend calling their customer service hotline - which was very helpful. I couldn't find my old CPR card and so the customer service rep assisted me in moving my registration to the appropriate class. Total cost $73 for the BLS - HCP one which will cover CPR, AED, Choking, etc across the lifespan. - ensure you have your old certification card to show them, valid within 3 years, if not then just register for the course again (4hrs) and pay the $73 bucks (taxes in). - Arrive early, or if you cannot make it then call and cancel or notify the instructor so it doesn't waste the instructor's time or the registered participants. All in all, very good course, easy payment, live customer service representative, and knowledgable instructors (aka. PRABH). Thank you.

I renewed my BLS certification with Coast2Coast. Hetal had a comprehensive lesson for us to refresh our training. She answered every question with perfect clarity and prepared us with all the information to pass the 20 question quiz at the end. It was easy, if you pay attention. I feel confident that any emergency situation I encounter that I can calmly and professionally handle what is required within my level of certification. There are many locations, dates and times to choose from, which is why I chose them, but they are clean, organized and have have well maintained equipment to train on. I will be renewing with them again next year.

Amazing experience with CPR instructor Selina Rae! I loved the way she kept the class engaging and fun throughout while making sure every topic was explained clearly and thoroughly. Excellent infoemation and Training

I made a mistake while booking and the customer support was great and helped me switch into the correct class. The instructor was informational. I do hope that in the future , they will have female mannequins to practice CPR on, as it has been show that women are less likely to receive CPR due to more bias attached

My overall experience with Coast2Coast has been amazing along side getting help over the phone with Nabila. Make sure to get the online portion of the training done as it is thoroughly discussed and trained in the in-person session!

I would really recommend this place for CPR certification. I enjoyed and learned so many things here with bestest techniques from the instructor. Every single thing that the instructor teaches us is commendable. The quality of things for first aid kit is so good. I just completed my first aid course with Saika. She was great, she really cared about our learning and made the class super interactive! She taught us the why of each topic, treating us as equals. She is very personable and made the content very interesting. She made me realize how important learning first aid is and how important it is to really understand the content.

This was a great experience.. Penny Finnigan did a great job delivering the course and was very helpful as my original course location ahead been changed. She helped me navigate the required adjustments to my program on a website that was a bit difficult to navigate!
