At Coast2Coast Swim school, our aim is to improve quality of life by giving people the skills to make safe choices in the water. Proper swimming instruction can also increase physical fitness, prevent injuries and be a valuable resource in emergency and rescue situations.

I did the basic life support course with Daniel Roger’s, he’s a great instructor and was able to give us in depth information about each topic. His real life experience had a big impact on his way of teaching. He’s a great instructor I would recommend.

Why Swimming

While it’s most often associated with summer, swimming is actually a physical activity in which you can participate at any time of the year if an indoor pool is available.
