Edward was the best instructor i have ever taken the course with. Knowledgeable, provided interesting backgrounds and rationales for the course topics. No shortcuts, lots of new and useful learnings. We were updated on all the new guidelines, including Occ health & safety regulations. This was my 11th time taking the course (because of health care provider occupation), and by far the best one of all.

I had a great experience with my CPR/First Aid training. The instructor (Karthiga Gnanachandran) was knowledgeable, patient, and explained everything clearly. The hands-on practice was very helpful and made me feel more confident about responding in an emergency.
