He created a comfortable learning environment, encouraged questions, and was patient and supportive throughout the training. You can tell he genuinely cares about his students’ success. Kianoosh (Kia) was the best instructor I could ask for. He was very detailed and insisted that we, as first aiders, know the WHY of what we’re doing so we fully grasp and understand the tasks at hand. He was able to answer my questions thoroughly. He is a very good and experienced instructor and I hope Coast 2 Coast continues to host his amazing preceptorship. I came as a refresher to my previous and active First Aid CPR-C and came out enjoying it more than my previous one three years ago. I would love to be able to have this instructor again, should our paths cross in another 3 years from now.
