I enjoyed SAIKA teaching and she’s doing a great job

Saika Rafique was a fantastic instructor! Not only was she very knowledgeable regarding the course sections but also very helpful. I had phoned the main phone line several days before to make sure that the recertification was what I needed. When I arrived I asked Saika about my current first aid certificate and sure enough I had been given the wrong advice by the phone representative. Instead of just being dismissed Saika went out of her way to phone in and ask if there was any way for me to do in-person today and online after. I left confident in the skills I learned and able to do the online portion right away afterwards.

I enjoyed Saika's First Aid class. She was fun, knowledgeable, and informative. But she was also serious when she had to be.
