Richmond Hill First Aid & CPR/AED Training Course

got my BLS certificate done here, needed it for school. Instructor Jan was really engaging and great at teaching the course!

My instructor Dave was amazing! The online education was merged beautifully with the in-class hands on skills.

I had a really great experience taking this course. Aryan was an incredibly kind, motivating, and supportive instructor who made the learning environment feel very comfortable and welcoming. He explained everything clearly, encouraged participation, and made the course genuinely enjoyable. I would highly recommend taking a course with him!

Arian was an excellent instructor. He taught the class with great knowledge, experience, and teaching skills. The atmosphere of the class was very positive and comfortable. I really hope he will be our instructor again in the next class.

Had a really good experience with Aryan as my CPR instructor he was kind understanding, and made the class interactive instead of stressful. He was also very flexible and approachable which made learning a lot easier. He is a great instructor!! 🙂

Incredibly fun, the instructor John was extremely professional and engaging. The place is a bit small and doesn’t have any desks (unlike some other centres) so the seating was a bit uncomfortable. However, the course is very beneficial

Recently took a BLS training course with instructor Suzanette and it was so amazing! Though I was somewhat nervous, her fun and reassuring attitude really helped me to calm my nerves down, allowing me to have fun while learning! She’s an awesome instructor who anyone would be very lucky to have:D

I had a great experience taking the Standard First Aid and CPR course. I learned a lot of valuable knowledge that I had never known before. John is one of the best instructors I have ever had. He is funny, knowledgeable, and responsible, and he makes everything easy to understand and remember. His teaching style is excellent, and I really enjoyed the course.

Teresa is a fantastic first aid instructor. She explains concepts clearly, makes the material easy to understand, and creates a comfortable learning environment for everyone. Her teaching style is engaging and hands-on, which really helps build confidence in applying first aid skills in real-life situations. Teresa is also very patient and takes the time to answer questions thoroughly. I would highly recommend her to anyone taking a first aid course.

I had a very positive experience in this BLS course. The instructor was excellent, knowledgeable, patient, and very clear in their teaching. Teacher explained many important details that had not been properly covered in my previous classes, and they took the time to explain the reasons behind each step. I recently completed my Standard First Aid & CPR training in Richmond Hill, and I had an amazing experience. A big thank you to our instructor, Edward. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and engaging throughout the session. He explained everything clearly, made the training interactive, and ensured everyone felt confident practicing the skills. I walked away with not only valuable life-saving knowledge, but also the confidence to actually apply it in real situations. It was a very hands-on and practical learning experience, and I genuinely learned a lot of new skills. Most recommended!!

The course was very informative and a real eye opener. Its amazing how much wrong information we have accumulated over our own individual lives. This was a great course to take and I am so happy I now have a much greater understanding of first aid and CPR.

My instructor was Teresa Kwoon. She helped really reinstate all the concepts I learned during the online portion of the course. My training with her was very fun, but also amazing in terms of relearning and practicing topics verbally, visually, and practically. Overall, a 10/10 experience.
