Typically, theory and information are conveyed to the participants through an online module. After you purchase your online training, within 24 hours you will receive an email from the Canadian Red Cross that would invite you to your online training. Once you get the email, please sign up on Red Cross with the same email you provided us. If you did not get the invitation email from the red cross within 24 hours, please contact our office.

NOTE: Completing this online training will NOT provide you with an official WSIB-approved Canadian Red Cross certification. You must upgrade your training and register for an in-class session within 60 days of completing the online course. Please contact our office to upgrade your training.
