First Responders play a major role in our communities, so it is important that they get the best training possible. Walaa was an exceptional tutor. I did the Intermediate First Aid, CPR & AED. Was very informative and practical training was easy to understand.She however, could go a bit slower. Also some of the questions on the quiz were not taught on the day.

I recently completed a CPR and First Aid course with Coast2Coast North York location, and our presenter Ali was absolutely phenomenal. He managed to take a huge amount of critical, high-stakes information and deliver it in a way that was engaging, easy to understand, and highly practical. Instead of just reading off slides, he brought real-world experience to the classroom, using hands-on practice and clear scenarios to make sure everyone felt completely comfortable with the techniques.
