Coast2Coast First Aid and CPR/AED services offer the Canadian Red Cross Basic Life Support (HCP) training course in Milton. This course provides students with the skills to recognize and react to cardiovascular emergencies. Participants, typically from the healthcare field, will go through an intensive training that provides the latest resuscitation techniques.
Practice a variety of topics including high-performance CPR, trauma, opioid overdose and more. Students may also add Airway Management and Oxygen Therapy to their training program.

Audience
Pre-hospital care providers, which may include professionals in fire service, rescue team, sports-medicine, lifeguards and ski patrol would all need to complete to BLS training.

Teacher explained many important details that had not been properly covered in my previous classes, and they took the time to explain the reasons behind each step. Very immersive learning experience with red cross trainer Andrea. Coming from an introvert perspective who doesn't celebrate learning in group environment but I must say she had all of students in class room fully engaged and wanting to learn even tho many of us didn't enter the first Aid class room thinking we gonna learn something . It's a sign of a trainer who is extremely passionate towards her craft and career and want to genuinely make a difference in the society.
