Our instructor, Prabhjot Jhajj, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and highly trained. She explained every topic clearly, made the hands-on practice engaging, and created a supportive learning environment where everyone felt comfortable asking questions. The course was truly enriching and provided practical skills that I believe everyone should have the opportunity to learn. I left feeling much more confident and prepared to respond in an emergency. Super fun course with Maria. I took the intermediate first aid and CPR/AED Level C course. I got 100% on the exam without much issue. The scenarios and ice breakers were quite fun and Maria was very informative and experienced!
