She explained everything clearly and made sure I understood each step before moving on. I really appreciated how she stayed calm and encouraging, which helped build my confidence.

I just finished a standard first aid course taught by Ahmed Elsaid. He made all the course materials easy to digest and was very helpful with any and all questions I had. He also made it rather fun by including activities for the group to participate in so it made the 8 hour in person portion pass by before I knew it. I would highly recommend Coast2coast for all your safety certification needs, the entire process felt very streamlined and simple.

I took a blended fist aid and CPR level C in Richmond Hill location and the class was very fun and informative. Our instructor Kia made it very interactive and all the information was well received! The class was from 9-5 but felt like a few hours! I received a lot more knowledge than I have in the past from taking CPR/first aid. Thank you so much for everything! I highly recommend Coast2Coast!

The course was very instructive: it felt like a blend of human anatomy, hands-on training, and even some physics. Because of this approach, I now have a much deeper understanding of why we perform certain techniques, not just how to do them.

I feel much more confident and prepared to use these skills if needed, and I truly appreciate the quality of the training.
