The training materials and instruction were excellent; everything had been mentioned, and all videos are available to follow along. I was helped by Claudine, who provided valuable assistance in adjusting the location and timing of my course. A special thanks and appreciation to coach Kianoosh at the Unionville location who displayed significant expertise. He was effective in explaining concepts through real-life examples and incorporated principles from the laws of physics. He consistently assessed our engagement and commitment to the course through questions. Furthermore, he emphasized the significant impact of this course, noting its potential to not only save an individual's life but also to positively influence their entire family. This my second time taking the Intermediate CPR and First Aid course with the Red Cross, I had Dr.Tatiana as my lecturer both times; I have to say she did an amazing job, and for a lecture this long, I wasn't bored even for the refresher! I feel confident as a first aider.
