This time, when I renewed my BLS, I really appreciated how professional and thorough the training was. Mr. Kia is excellent, he has extensive knowledge and teaches in a way that helps us truly understand, not just memorize. His explanations are clear, with a strong rationale that sticks in your mind. It was an awesome experience!

I took the Basic Life Support course in Richmond Hill with instructor Kia. He was excellent — clear, patient, and explained every point in detail. The course was very professional and well organized. Highly recommended!
