We took the Standard First Aid and CPR as a team at work. I feel so much more confident and prepared to act in case of emergency. The course was delivered with humour and excellent instruction. It was a lot of information, but everything made sense after the experience of trying all the skills.

Firstly - the Unit address was confusing from outside the building. Had to go through the door which states "Professional Office" and as you go up the stairs the unit is on the 2nd floor. 2ndly - the entire class & classroom was very engaging. You were free to ask any questions and all answers was provided. There were a few students who come from many different professions that required Certification for different levels of First-Aid. 3rdly - Please charge your phones ahead of time, as all of the test are done online (Wifi is provided). All enquiries & submission will need to be done via your phone. 4thly - The instructor came from a very diverse background with years of experience and a vast knowledge all emergency situations. Enjoyed every minute of his class. Thank you Dimitirh. Your knowledge & training technique was very helpful & effective.

I took the BLS course twice. It was a great course, the instructor Ezz really knew his stuff and brought a great energy to the classroom. Second year Selina was amazing, she immediately engages everyone in the classroom and her comedic remarks are a breath of fresh air especially through the long course.
