Great experience overall for my First aid/Cpr course with skilled, engaging teaching from the instructor Kia and hands-on-experience. The final test needed to earn the certificate wasn't too difficult, and the training ensures that you are more than prepared for it. While it was occasionally difficult sitting for an extended period of time in a hot room, the overall experience more than made up for it.

The instructor Dimitri is awesome , he has been engaging in all section of the training and that made learning so easy and effective. Staffs were collaborative and helpful for all the processes and whole day in and out of the Class.

I had a great time with Mr. Ezz’s teachings, I learned a lot in CPR on both adults and infants, how to apply a tourniquet, gauze and bandages, and applying a splint. If I could go for my certification again it would have to be Mr. Ezz! Thanks again for having me.

Selina Rawe is a fantastic instructor! She has a great way of breaking down complex medical information into simple, memorable steps. The class was engaging and hands-on, and she created a very comfortable environment where we could ask questions without feeling silly. 5 stars for sure.
