I had a great experience taking my First Aid course with John Delvin. He was an excellent instructor—very knowledgeable, energetic, and engaging throughout the entire day, from 9 AM to 5 PM. He explained everything clearly and made the material easy to understand. He also made sure to check on everyone and ensure that we were all performing the practical skills correctly. His positive energy and teaching style made the whole experience enjoyable and effective. Completed and passed the Intermediate First Aid & CPR/AED Certification training course at the Toronto Bloor location. Instructor John Devlin was very professional and taught the course in my opinion engaging, informative, and fun. The course was hands on, lots of demonstrations and physical practice. A way that I enjoy learning, through hands on approach and movement. John was also very engaging and personable.
