FIRST RESPONSE SERVICES
Coast2Coast provides highly trained and well-equipped First Responders for First Aid Care when emergencies occur for Public or Private Events. Our staff are experts in planning and executing First-Aid/Medical Needs for events, sports tournaments, festivals, parades, and more. We will assist you in developing a specific First-Aid/Medical Service plan for your event. Our personnel will be first on the scene in the critical minutes until medical assistance arrives. The services we offer may vary depending on the type and scale of the event, from a simple first aid desk or tent for a small event to first aid stations, or even on-site ambulances for very large events. Just remember Emergency First-Aid and Medical Care is important in planning every event.

I am very disappointed with my experience this time. I paid a significant amount for this CPR and First Aid course, and after completing my assessment, I still have not received my certificate by email. This is unacceptable. When I called for support, I was told to wait 5–6 business days, which is far too long—especially since I need this certificate for my nursing requirements and my submission deadline has already passed. For the cost of this course, timely delivery of the certificate should be guaranteed.

Please know that certificates take 5-10 business days to process, as stated on our website and in your confirmation email. If you need your certificate right away, we offer an Express Certificate option that allows students to receive it within 24 hours of course completion. Since you completed your course on November 21st, you could receive it as early as this Friday. If you have any questions or would like to opt in for an Express Certificate, please do not hesitate to contact us.
