Diana my instructor was the best! Very knowledgeable, sensible and very considerate when discussing sensitive topics. She made the 8-hour course very engaging and easy to adapt. Answered all questions with well-researched knowledge. Took my recertification course with her and it was honestly better than the first one - that I feel like I absorbed first aid knowledge and the values of Red Cross! Would love to take her class again!!

Diana was a wonderful instructor, extremely knowledgeable, and helped everyone feel comfortable from ice breakers in the beginning to encouraging and supporting words. Diana is a natural teacher.

Great experience with Selina, and the customer service team was very helpful and accommodating and helping me find the right date and then something emergency came up and I had to reschedule and they helped me to attend another date. I needed this training for work and they just made the whole process super easy

I recently completed my Basic Life Support (BLS) course at Coast2Coast First Aid & Aquatics, and I had a great experience. The course was well organized, informative, and very engaging. Our instructor, Dimitrih Lafleur, was highly knowledgeable, confident, and easy to understand. He spoke clearly and ensured everyone could follow along. What I appreciated most was the hands-on training and practical demonstrations, which helped build my confidence in performing life-saving skills. He took the time to answer questions and made sure every participant understood the material before moving on. I would highly recommend this training center and instructor to anyone looking to complete their BLS certification in a supportive and professional learning environment.

The course was not only very detailed and organized, the instructor was really wonderful. Scott made sure that everyone was clear on all the information, he made the information and the day very easy to follow and assimilate all the information and really took great care of each individual. He was entirely present and engaging. As a class we were fortunate to have him as an instructor for our in class portion. It is a significant and very essential skill to learn and how it is learned is the foundation that people take with them and us important when having to use these practical skills. That cannot be neglected. I really appreciate all the care and detail he put into this course.

Instructor Ali Sekhavati is super fun and had engaging and interactive lessons!!! 😃 Thank you! -Free parking -Restaurants: Subway, Tim Hortons, Burger King walking distance- other eating options are available too. - Well-paced lessons with a lot of opportunities to practice and breaks given were great! - class sizes are very well manageable- instructor was able to give attention to each participant during practices. -Assessment is in person on the same day at the end of the training. Keep your phones charged as it’s an online quiz.
