Adal was really good!

First time at this location and this instructor for my BLS-HCP renewal course. We had a class of seven and our instructor Anne K. did so well teaching us throughout our course as best as she can. Since each of us have a different set of experience with CPR, Standard first Aid and BLS, she had to balance out on teaching each student in order to learn effectively. I really appreciated how passionate and compassionate she is, and she made sure that each of us felt comfortable and confident before moving on to the next lesson. She’s highly experienced and approachable! I hope I get her again for my renewal.

I took emergency first aid + CPR/AED-C with Elizabeth in midtown Toronto, and I really enjoyed my time learning from her. She was very professional and delivered the course material in a polished and interactive way. She used examples that were memorable and relatable. I also found her to be patient and unflappable in the face of the many questions that people asked throughout the day.

She was attentive as we practiced, giving calm feedback. She also guided us to rehearse all steps in a variety of situations (e.g., if we were alone vs. if we had someone who could assist us) including what we might say as we approach someone who might need help or when we call 911. Everyone practiced at the same time in pairs/threes so that no one was on the spot in front of the whole class, but we could also hear what other students were saying, and I found myself incorporating things I overheard that I thought were useful.

By the end of the day I felt very confident in my understanding of the course material.

A few things to note that I wish I had known before the course started:

1) You have to do an online portion before the course. At the end you are given a PDF certificate, with a message saying that your instructor will have a record of your online course completion. However, you do need to show it to your instructor when you arrive to the in-person; only one student had theirs easily on hand. Save the confirmation to your phone or other device.

2) The multiple choice exam is online. Although there were a few paper copies, you won’t get your results immediately if you take the test offline. Luckily I had decided at the last moment to bring my laptop to potentially take notes, but I would not have wanted to take the exam on my phone.

Edit to respond to reply: RE: confirmation of online course completion, to be clear, no one received a confirmation by email. We only received confirmation of the completion of the entire course with the in-person practical by email. The online interim certificate must be downloaded from the online course website and shown at sign in at the in-person portion. That is why it must be saved before attending the course, despite the message saying the instructor will already have confirmation.

Did my CPR/standard first aid coarse a few days ago, Azra is a great teacher ! Gets through all the info effectively and makes sure everyone passes. She is also very kind.

Excellent Experience Overall, Definitely recommend to others

It was very easy to sign up online for Standard First Aid + CPR-C/AED, and do my training online as well. I don’t recommend purchasing any of the extra “study guides” offered, I simply took notes during the modules, and that helped with retention. And you can also study on your own! Furthermore, the in-person examination is fairly easy. I scored 100% without ANY studying, and they go over the topics in person as well.

The in-person training was also very amazing. Our instructor, Andrea, was very engaging and made the training very fun. She explained concepts very well, and ensured we understood everything throughout. Definitely recommend Coast2Coast.

Flexible learning with online-blended course that reduces the number of days required for in-person training (helpful for those who cannot take time off). Friendly and energetic course instructor. Timely customer service through phone and email. Great place to take a first-aid CPR-C course.

I would like to sincerely thank Coast2Coast for the amazing First Aid and CPR course I completed on July 5, 2025. The course was well-organized and very informative.

A special thanks to Mr. Joseph, our instructor, who was very talented, clear, and easy to understand. He made both the theory and practical parts of the training very engaging.

The training hall was clean, spacious, and comfortable—not hot at all despite the size—which helped us focus and enjoy the session fully.

I truly learned a lot and feel more confident now in emergency situations. I’m excited to share this experience with my family and friends and encourage them to take this important course.

Our instructor, Charlie Cheng, delivered the material in a clear, thorough, and engaging manner. His sense of humour and teaching approach made the course both enjoyable and easy to understand. Ashraf was the best instructor! He was as very knowledgeable about every topic, answered any questions we had, helped a lot with physical demonstrations and overall made it a great experience. I hope when I have to renew my certificate I have him again!

Coast to coast was awesome to deal with the experience was great. Had a few hiccups, but everything was resolved in a timely manner

Andrea was my instructor and when I tell you I have never felt more comfortable with someone teaching first aid and BLS, Andrea demonstrated professionalism, knowledge and just amazing engagement, that allowed me to absorb all the info she was teaching. She was also very funny, she lit up the room she her jokes and laughter

Completed BLS training with Dimitrih, he was extremely knowledgeable and prepared us for the real world skills of doing CPR. Had an amazing experience, would highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a knowledgeable instructor. 10/10 would attend another class!
