    Our Emergency First Aid and CPR/AED course is an 8-hour program that provides a comprehensive overview of first aid and CPR skills applicable in both workplace and home settings. Participants will learn how to recognize, prevent, and respond to circulation emergencies in adults (CPR levels A or C). The course also addresses airway and breathing emergencies, as well as measures to prevent disease transmission.

    I took the Standard First Aid and CPR/AED course with Maria and had a really great experience. Maria was incredibly kind, friendly and thorough in her teaching. She explained everything so clearly that I ended up getting 100% on the final test first try. I’ve taken a first aid course before and found it pretty boring and unengaging, but Maria made the repetitive content interesting and easy to learn and understand. She created a really positive environment and made sure everyone felt comfortable. I’d really recommend this course for anyone who needs, especially if you have Maria as your instructor.

    I did the Standard First Aid and CPR/AED Level C training at the Nepean location for the third time and it was great! Maria was an excellent instructor who clearly demonstrated all of the skills and kept the class engaged with lots of interactive activities. The icebreaker was a great way to make everyone feel comfortable and involved. I learned a lot and would highly recommend this course!

    I am very happy to have taken this course. I’ve learned so much! It was way more comprehensive than I assumed it would be. And, even though it felt long and intimidating at first, my instructor managed to make it fun and feel manageable. He also answered every question and made everything make sense.     Selina Rawe made this BLS session super interesting and fun! She is incredibly funny and super engaging as well as informative. This is my fourth time doing my BLS/CPR at coast2coast and Selina was the absolute best instructor. I hope I have her again as my instructor. A very memorable experience was had here! Thanks you
