I had a great experience attending the Standard First Aid & CPR/AED Level C class today with instructor AHAMED ELSAID. The way he explains everything is very clear and interesting, which makes the class easy to understand and engaging. He pays close attention to how each of us practices CPR and carefully observes our performance to make sure we are doing everything correctly whether it is bandaging, applying a tourniquet, or proper body positioning. He is very supportive, patient, and encouraging, which creates a comfortable and positive learning environment. He is also a dentist, which adds to his strong healthcare knowledge and confidence while teaching. Overall, it was a very informative and positive experience, and I’m glad I attended his class.

A wonderful day with eight dedicated women from Niagara Vision in Niagara Falls...the weather outside was a winter mess but the training inside was a absolute success!!

I completed my Standard First Aid, CPR/AED training with Trainer Joyal and had a great experience. The class was clear, well organized, and very practical. Joyal was patient, supportive, and explained everything in an easy way. I feel more confident to handle emergencies now. Highly recommended.
