Coast2Coast provides Traditional All In-Class first aid and CPR training for private courses in Cornwall. This course format is offered fully in-class, requiring students to attend 4-16 hours of training (time varies depending on course level chosen) with one of our highly experienced Canadian Red Cross instructors.

Training Levels:
After three years, Canadian Red Cross first aid and CPR certificates will expire, requiring participants to renew them. Our Cornwall First Aid & CPR/AED Recertification courses are offered for private training, ideal with groups of 8 or more participants to enroll in. To be eligible to earn this WSIB approved certificate, participants must have a valid (not expired) Canadian Red Cross certificate that is not from a previous Recertification course.
The Recertification course has been designed to refresh participant’s memories on how to respond to emergency situations. Students will primarily practice hands-on skills with our top-notch equipment, building confidence in their life-saving skills. Training Levels:
Our Cornwall First Aid & CPR/AED private training course is offered in an Online Blended format which is WSIB approved, great for those with busy schedules! The Online Blended format is split into two sections: Online and In-Class. The online portion must be completed in the participant’s own time, prior to an in-class session. This portion will contain quizzes, games and videos to help you understand the material.
After completing the online portion, participants will need to attend an in-class session. This portion of the course will cover hands-on training with one of our experienced Canadian Red Cross instructors. Use top-notch equipment and feel confident in your life-saving skills. Professional Responder courses are part of Coast2Coast’s advanced First Aid and CPR/AED trainings made specifically for those who work in first responder roles. Our advanced Cornwall First Aid & CPR training courses are available for private training, providing participants with a WSIB approved Canadian Red Cross certificate. Some courses included in the Professional Responder program are First Responder and Emergency Medical Responder.
Our highly trained instructors will teach amazing life-saving skills, helping first responders learn how to act and respond to emergency situations. Training Levels:
Coast2Coast offers private Basic Life Support (HCP) training meant for people who work as healthcare professionals. This course is specifically designed to teach participants emergency training in a hospital setting. Learn how to help in an emergency situation such as a trauma, opioid overdose as well as high-performance CPR in a fast-paced environment. The Basic Life Support (HCP) training course is a high-intensity course that must be renewed once a year.
Our private Basic Life Support (HCP) courses in Cornwall are great for workplace and school program training requirements. Register your group for a private training and gain the confidence required to work in different healthcare settings such as a hospital. Participants may also choose to include an extra component to their course, known as Airway Management and Oxygen Therapy, which is an additional two hours of training.
Audience
Pre-hospital care providers, which may include professionals in fire service, rescue team, sports-medicine, lifeguards and ski patrol would all need to complete to BLS training.

Our Canadian Red Cross Youth programs provide pre-teens and teens the knowledge required to keep them and others safe. We offer two Youth programs including Babysitting and Stay Safe.
Babysitting is designed for teens who wish to run a babysitting business and take care of younger children. Stay Safe is a course for pre-teens which teaches them how to keep themselves safe when there is no adult supervision. Both courses emphasize different emergency preparedness topics as well.
