I've done this or similar courses frequently over the years. This was the best delivery ever. Not only has Red Cross made really intelligent changes to the material, the instructor (Pratt) was the best I've seen: clear but concise, lots of anecdotes, and very practical approach. Top notch.

I had a very positive experience in this BLS course. The instructor Rajeev was knowledgeable, clear in their explanations, and created a supportive learning environment. Skills were demonstrated step by step, and we were given enough time to practice and ask questions. The instructor also explained the why behind each step, which helped me better understand the importance of BLS procedures. He is respectful, patient, and made sure every student felt comfortable and confident.

I took the Standard First Aid + CPR + AED training with Hosam on June 18, 2025, and I had a really great experience!

As someone whose first language is not English, I sometimes found it difficult to fully understand some of the technical terms and hands-on instructions. However, Hosam was incredibly patient, kind, and supportive throughout the entire course. He took extra time to explain things clearly and made sure I understood each step. His friendly attitude really made me feel more confident and comfortable.

I truly appreciate his dedication to teaching and highly recommend him as an instructor — especially for anyone who may feel nervous or unsure. Thank you again!

Selina Rawe is truly an exceptional teacher. She has a wonderful, friendly demeanor and always offers her support. Her ability to explain concepts clearly makes a big difference in understanding, and it’s clear she cares about her students’ success.

Great content. They have a washroom and fridge. Most of the in person content was a repeat of the online content and hence did feel a bit redundant at times. Delivery was a bit unclear at times, but overall well-worded and enjoyable with ample jokes and light-hearted fun. Try to book on a day when parking is free.

I am very happy and grateful to the professor and to all the people who participated in helping me in this experience. I learned and helped, and now I am ready to help others.

I had a great experience last Sunday in my First Aid & CPR course. The whole process was very organized and professional since the beginning until the end. Penny was the instructor and she is amazing.

I found the course to be well-structured and informative, providing a solid understanding of the key topics covered. The learning environment was adequate although slightly warm at times and the hands-on approach was a highlight, encouraging active participation and meaningful interaction with both peers and the instructor. This practical focus made the experience engaging and relevant.
One challenge I encountered was accessing the building; I was accidentally locked out on two occasions, which caused some inconvenience. Improving entry instructions or access support could enhance the overall experience.
Despite that, I truly appreciated the quality of instruction and the collaborative atmosphere. I would recommend the course to others seeking a dynamic and immersive learning experience.

I would like to sincerely thank Coast2Coast for the amazing First Aid and CPR course I completed on July 5, 2025. The course was well-organized and very informative.

A special thanks to Mr. Joseph, our instructor, who was very talented, clear, and easy to understand. He made both the theory and practical parts of the training very engaging.

The training hall was clean, spacious, and comfortable—not hot at all despite the size—which helped us focus and enjoy the session fully.

I truly learned a lot and feel more confident now in emergency situations. I’m excited to share this experience with my family and friends and encourage them to take this important course.
