My trainer, Sarah McIlhone, was amazing. She was very knowledgeable, patient, and supportive throughout the training. She also gave us hands-on practice in manicures, which helped me improve my skills and gain practical experience. Excellent training, Joyal was great and problem solved some stuff on the fly for several people in the course. Instructions were informative and clear, and he was happy to answer questions, and even gave examples of some scenarios from his personal life.
