Hi everyone, I had a splendid experience obtaining my First Aid/CPR certification through Coast2Coast. The training materials and instruction were excellent; everything had been mentioned, and all videos are available to follow along. I was helped by Claudine, who provided valuable assistance in adjusting the location and timing of my course. A special thanks and appreciation to coach Kianoosh at the Unionville location who displayed significant expertise. He was effective in explaining concepts through real-life examples and incorporated principles from the laws of physics. He consistently assessed our engagement and commitment to the course through questions. Furthermore, he emphasized the significant impact of this course, noting its potential to not only save an individual's life but also to positively influence their entire family. Did first aid, cpr aed standard c, with Selina and she was great. Kept everyone engaged, shared her life experiences and went very interactive vs sit and watch a slide show. Her energy really made the course memorable and enjoyable

This my second time taking the Intermediate CPR and First Aid course with the Red Cross, I had Dr.Tatiana as my lecturer both times; I have to say she did an amazing job, and for a lecture this long, I wasn't bored even for the refresher! I feel confident as a first aider.
