Did my first BLS certification here with the instructor, Hetal Patel. She was fantastic and covered everything we needed to know without reading the textbook prior. Loved how she engaged the class and kept us focused throughout this 4-hour class. Well-blended theoretical knowledge and practice. Passed the exam with one stroke.
