My experience with this Emergency First Aid & CPR course was excellent. Kia explained and clarified the medical and physiological reasons behind each procedure, which made the training much more meaningful and easier to understand. He encouraged all students to actively participate in the discussions and shared many practical and insightful tips that I had never heard in my previous training sessions. I will definitely be recommending this course to anyone. I had a great experience training with instructor Prab. She is a well of knowledge and had an answer ready for all of our many questions.
