If you work as a First Responder in Brampton or the surrounding areas, you may be required to be certified in First Responder or Emergency Medical Responder training. At Coast2Coast, we provide exceptional Professional Responder training courses through the Canadian Red Cross. Each training is WSIB approved and valid for three years.

Course Info:	40 hours teaching time 4-day training
Requirements:	100% attendance of the course 75% score on the multiple choice knowledge test Successful demonstration of required skills Successfully complete a minimum of one practical scenario
Certification:	Certificate will be issued, valid for 3 years

First Responder - Recertification

Course Info:	20 hours teaching time 2-day training
Requirements:	Proof of valid First Responder Canadian Red Cross Certification 100% attendance of the course 75% score of the multiple choice knowledge test Successful demonstration of required skills Successfully complete a minimum of one practical scenario
Certification:	Certificate will be issued, valid for 3 years

Emergency Medical Responder

Course Info:

80 hours teaching time

8-day training

Requirements:

Must be certified in Intermediate/Standard First Aid & CPR-C

100% attendance of the course

75% score on the multiple choice knowledge test

Successful demonstration of required skills

Successfully complete minimum of two practical scenarios (one medical, one trauma)

Certification:

Certificate will be issued, valid for 3 years

Course Info:	40 hours teaching time 4-day training

Hi guys my name is Abigael and it was my first time doing the BLS certification for my nursing program. My instructor was Rasha and she was SO amazing, I really learned a lot in that class there was such a great vibe! I was so nervous but she really explained everything well and made it all so easy to understand. Obtaining this certificate was very amusing and I gained a lot of knowledge on first aid and cpr. I took the standard first aid with cpr certificate course with Mr Mcfleur as my instructor. The lessons were informative in a non-boring way because it was interactive and engaging. Though the online and in-person portions were pretty long, the time spent was necessary and reasonable, we even had long enough breaks for us to refill our energy. Definitely recommend!
