At Coast2Coast, we provide exceptional Professional Responder training courses through the Canadian Red Cross. Each training is WSIB approved and valid for three years.

Certification:	Certificate will be issued, valid for 3 years

I recently had the opportunity to train with Coast2Coast, and I was thoroughly impressed with the experience! The trainer Dimitrih Lafleur was an absolute gem - a pleasant and well-thought-out gentleman with a warm and engaging presence. His gentle yet confident approach made me feel at ease, even when tackling challenging topics as a first timer.

What really stood out was his ability to break down complex concepts into easily digestible bits, making it easy for me to grasp and apply the material. I was amazed at how much I learned, and I'm thrilled to say that I got the best out of the training!

Even though I had no prior knowledge in some areas, he was able to present the material in a way that was fresh and engaging, and I appreciated his patience and willingness to answer all my questions. His bit of puffy and gesture attitude really helped to keep me engaged and motivated throughout the training. Smiling in delight, he asked while I was demonstrating CPR, if I needed coffee or a donut, trying to gauge if I would be distracted. I fell for it deliberately to get my anxiety out

I am very disappointed with my experience this time. I paid a significant amount for this CPR and First Aid course, and after completing my assessment, I still have not received my certificate by email. This is unacceptable. When I called for support, I was told to wait 5–6 business days, which is far too long—especially since I need this certificate for my nursing requirements and my submission deadline has already passed. For the cost of this course, timely delivery of the certificate should be guaranteed.

If you need your certificate right away, we offer an Express Certificate option that allows students to receive it within 24 hours of course completion.
