Today I completed the practical portion of my First Aid training with instructor Scott Faichnie, and I want to express my sincere gratitude and admiration for him as a teacher. This wasn’t my first First Aid course, but it’s the first time I’ve walked away feeling this confident in my skills. Scott explained everything so clearly, breaking each topic down in a way that was easy to understand and remember. He also managed to make eight hours of training genuinely engaging and enjoyable instead of something to simply get through. Thank you for creating such a positive learning environment and for giving me the confidence to actually use these skills if I ever need to.

Mr. Ali explained everything really clearly and made the class genuinely engaging. He’s also got a great sense of humor, which made the training fun without taking away from how seriously he covered the material. Highly recommend him as an instructor!

John is an excellent instructor who taught with patience and practicality to maximize the learning of Standard First Aid & CPR/AED Level C. Incorporating his personal stories and usage of videos along with his expertise helped me to gain a better understanding of the reasoning behind the skills he was teaching and in turn feel better prepared to act with confidence should the need arise. I appreciated the blended form of the course that allowed completion of the certification in just one in-person day.

I did my BLS RENEWAL with this Amazing Instructor named “HOSAM”. He is very clear, precise, very knowledgeable, informative and direct to the point. He is very kind, funny and very easy going. It made the experience Great! I recommend him A Million Percent! I will come back to see him for ANY future training. 🙂
