Elhamy was very professional and wonderful in the way he communicated, taught, and explained everything. The lesson was never boring; on the contrary, his personality was great and very encouraging. He was an excellent instructor and presented the lessons in a clear, organized, and enjoyable way. I really enjoyed learning from him.

Canadian Red Cross/Coast2Coast Team Re: Intermediate First Aid & CPR/AED Level C training at Toronto – Bloor Facility John Devlin was our trainer (class of 10 students). Suffice it to say, if I were a head-hunter, I would have walked out the door with him in hand. Mr. Devlin has been facilitating this training for decades, and it shows: his tremendous knowledge of all things Red Cross, firm teaching practices, and easy-going interactions with the students made for a most enjoyable training session. This remarkable man conveys information with text-book clarity, delightful anecdotes (ask him to tell you the jokes he shares to distract a traumatized client; laughter is, after all, the best medicine), warmth, and superb professionalism. Please understand this: there is an overwhelming amount of information the trainer must share and teach in one day's training. This is not for the faint of heart, and not "just anybody" could possibly train in the manner in which Mr. Devlin does. My advice: Seek him out. Do what you can to ensure Mr. Devlin is your trainer. You will surely be most delighted at day's end.
