Very professional learning environment. Instructor Ali was very informative and fostered a positive experience. The in-person instruction was a good mix of hands-on learning and material from the modules. Suitable amount of breaks. Felt well-prepared for the final quiz.

I had a great experience with my CPR training, and I would especially like to recognize our instructor, Jan Gibson. She was absolutely amazing! She made sure we had plenty of hands-on practice, which I found very helpful and valuable. She explained everything calmly, clearly, and patiently, and she made sure everyone felt comfortable participating and learning. Thank you, Jan, for all your help, guidance, and support. It was greatly appreciated! My only concern was the training location in Richmond Hill on Yonge Street. Unfortunately, the room had no windows that could be opened and no air conditioning. With so many people attending the training, the room became extremely hot and uncomfortable. We were all sweating and couldn't wait to get outside. Thank you again, Jan, for being such a wonderful instructor! I truly appreciate all your help and support.
