Are you a First Aid Instructor in Alberta?

I had a very positive experience in this BLS course. The instructor was excellent, knowledgeable, patient, and very clear in their teaching. Teacher explained many important details that had not been properly covered in my previous classes, and they took the time to explain the reasons behind each step. That made the material much easier to understand and remember. The class was very helpful, informative, and engaging. I would definitely recommend this course to others.

Very immersive learning experience with red cross trainer Andrea. Coming from an introvert perspective who doesn't celebrate learning in group environment but I must say she had all of students in class room fully engaged and wanting to learn even tho many of us didn't enter the first Aid class room thinking we gonna learn something . It's a sign of a trainer who is extremely passionate towards her craft and career and want to genuinely make a difference in the society. A must try experience for everyone even for those who just wants to serve the community in some capacity not only for healthcare workers or ones who need first aid cpr's for thier professional job. Keep up the energy, enthusiasm and innocence behind the all these trainings which is too genuinely make our society more aware and read to help in times when other needs it 🙏thanks again for the wonderful experience during first aid cpr class

She was incredibly patient, always smiling, and explained everything in a very clear and thorough way. Her teaching style made even complex topics easy to understand, and she created a comfortable and supportive learning environment for everyone.

Walaa was my instructor for the EFA CPRC &AED training in Mississauga. One of the best teachers I’ve had for this course. She made the material easy to digest, didn’t rush anything, her communication skills are on point even when asked questions she was able to respond and get back to the topic with minimal delay. The practical section was very comfortable. I’ve had many instructors expect the class to deliver the material or call on people constantly even when they didn’t feel comfortable while they just sat there agreeing or disagreeing which can be very overwhelming and daunting for your first time. Walaa went over everything you go over in the online section with wonderful real life examples that help you to better understand how and why you’re helping people. If I could select my instructor every 3 years I would choose her again for sure!

The instructor I had was Walaa and she was amazing helped me learn proper procedures and safety for my self and for others as a first aid.
