Updated after three years. Just completed my recertification. Ezz is still a great instructor. Chairs are still uncomfortable! It’s hard to sit there for 8 hours with nothing to lean on.

He is a highly experienced and excellent instructor with outstanding teaching skills and a very professional and respectful attitude. I had a great experience completing the Standard First Aid and CPR/AED training course. The instructor Dimitrih LaFleur was highly knowledgeable and demonstrated a strong understanding of all concepts, techniques, and proper procedures and protocols. He engaged with the class throughout the session, explained material clearly, and encouraged participation. He was respectful, approachable, and kept the energy light, which made the learning environment comfortable and enjoyable.
