If you work as a First Responder in Brampton or the surrounding areas, you may be required to be certified in First Responder or Emergency Medical Responder training. At Coast2Coast, we provide exceptional Professional Responder training courses through the Canadian Red Cross. Each training is WSIB approved and valid for three years.

Course Info:	20 hours teaching time 2-day training
Requirements:	Proof of valid First Responder Canadian Red Cross Certification 100% attendance of the course 75% score of the multiple choice knowledge test Successful demonstration of required skills Successfully complete a minimum of one practical scenario
Certification:	Certificate will be issued, valid for 3 years

Emergency Medical Responder

Course Info:	80 hours teaching time 8-day training
Requirements:	Must be certified in Standard First Aid & CPR-C 100% attendance of the course 75% score on the multiple choice knowledge test Successful demonstration of required skills Successfully complete minimum of two practical scenarios (one medical, one trauma)
Certification:	Certificate will be issued, valid for 3 years

I came for the standard cpr training and coming from someone who can’t focus very well. I was able to stay engaged in the lesson for all 8 hours. Hassan was my instructor/trainer and he was awesome. I had a great experience attending the Standard First Aid & CPR/AED Level C class today with instructor AHAMED ELSAID. The way he explains everything is very clear and interesting, which makes the class easy to understand and engaging. He pays close attention to how each of us practices CPR and carefully observes our performance to make sure we are doing everything correctly whether it is bandaging, applying a tourniquet, or proper body positioning. He is very supportive, patient, and encouraging, which creates a comfortable and positive learning environment. He is also a dentist, which adds to his strong healthcare knowledge and confidence while teaching. Overall, it was a very informative and positive experience, and I’m glad I attended his class.

I am very disappointed with my experience this time. I paid a significant amount for this CPR and First Aid course, and after completing my assessment, I still have not received my certificate by email. This is unacceptable. When I called for support, I was told to wait 5–6 business days, which is far too long—especially since I need this certificate for my nursing requirements and my submission deadline has already passed. For the cost of this course, timely delivery of the certificate should be guaranteed.
