I had Ali as my instructor. He knows how to structure the basic principals of first aid and when to use cpr into an intuitive 8 hour practical lesson. I understood my role and responsibilities as a certified first aid responder. Maintaining someone's life, before the ambulance and paramedics arrive, is an initiative I always wished to take on. I'm glad to be certified and reliable in any case around family, friends, work and strangers.

The instructor Loveleen Singh is phenomenal, has deep knowledge of the course and I really appreciate his friendly nature and communicative approach towards teaching the course. I would give him ten on ten! He kept everyone involved in the course by interacting throughout the course and also sharing his real life scenarios and experiences which made the course more interesting and enjoyable.
