Richmond Hill Emergency Medical Responder & First Responder Training

I have to retake the Standard First Aid & CPR Level C course every three years, and I’ll admit that I was quite sceptical going into this one. I expected to be bored, since much of the material was familiar to me. But our instructor, Kianoosh, completely changed that experience. He created such an engaging, thoughtful, and interactive learning environment that the time simply flew by. Instead of just going through the material mechanically, he encouraged us to think, ask questions, and truly understand why we do things a certain way. I came away with so much new and valuable information and, more importantly, a much deeper understanding of the material than I had after previous courses. There was no unnecessary “walkie-talkie” or endless repetition, just the most important information, explained clearly and reinforced with many practical and memorable examples from Kianoosh’s own experience. After taking this course several times over the years, I can honestly say this was by far the most engaging and valuable one. Kianoosh is an excellent instructor, and I would highly recommend his course to anyone who wants to leave a First Aid & CPR class feeling genuinely more confident and prepared.

Had a fantastic experience with instructor John Devlin. He was very engaging, hands on, informative, and extremely experienced. He was very passionate about the topics taught, challenged misconceptions about CPR-C and first aid, and related a lot of material to real life scenarios and experiences. Room was a little hot (not John's fault though), otherwise, could not have asked for a better overall experience.

Anne is a very patient instructor. She made sure all of our questions are answered before she proceeds to the next topic. The place is clean too

Great experience overall for my First aid/Cpr course with skilled, engaging teaching from the instructor Kia and hands-on-experience. The final test needed to earn the certificate wasn't too difficult, and the training ensures that you are more than prepared for it. While it was occasionally difficult sitting for an extended period of time in a hot room, the overall experience more than made up for it.

Excellent BLS course! The instructor was knowledgeable, engaging, and explained everything clearly. The hands-on practice made me feel much more confident in performing CPR and using an AED. The course was well organized, interactive, and easy to follow. I highly recommend it to anyone needing BLS certification or a refresher.
