Emergency Medical Responder and First Responder training are both advanced courses designed specifically for those in first responder roles such as paramedics, firefighters, rescue teams and more. These courses are offered at our downtown Toronto facility and typically require two to eight days of training. Students will learn important life-saving skills that they will keep for life.

Emergency Medical Responder Courses in Toronto

Are you ready to learn how to be a First Responder or do you need to recertify your previous certificate? Our Emergency Medical Responder courses in Toronto provide students a wide variety of knowledge in CPR, trauma, multiple-casualty incidents, patient assessment and more! These advanced training courses were created by the Canadian Red Cross and are approved by the Paramedic Association of Canada.

As a leading provider of EMR and FR training in Ontario, our goal at Coast2Coast is to help our new and current First Responders become more confident in their life-saving skills. Our training provides students an environment which simulates various medical and trauma emergencies. Expect to practice patient extraction, overdoses, a mother giving birth, etc. Students will practice many of the skills more than once in order to prepare them for real emergencies.

Those in First Responder roles are seen as heroes by us and our community. With this in mind, we know how important they are to society. Because of this, we ensure our students are taught by highly trained instructors with the best training equipment in the field. Learn how to use backboards, Kendrick Extrication Devices, full body sized manikins and more. After practicing with our advanced equipment, we know you’ll feel prepared to save a life during your career.
