EZZ 55678 was very detailed and patient.

Ezz was great! He was a top notch instructor despite having hip pain. Made the course enjoyable, engaging, and left us very good nuggets of information that I will always remember. My only feedback for this program is not with the instructor, but with the company. I wanted to cancel a class that I had booked with three weeks notice and was told I would be charged $35. I think that policy makes sense with a last minute cancelation but not within a three week notice.
Something to consider to ensure customer satisfaction.

recently completed my First Aid and CPR class with Rana Osman, and it was a great experience. Rana was very kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire course. She explained everything clearly and made sure everyone understood the skills before moving on.

Her teaching style made the class comfortable and engaging, and I felt confident learning important lifesaving skills. I really appreciate the effort she put into helping us learn. I highly recommend Rana as an instructor for anyone taking a First Aid and CPR course.

I was there over the weekend with Martina. She is literally the best. I had done this corse many times before but this was the first time I really enjoyed.

I just completed the Standard First Aid & CPR/AED Level C with Ms. Julia and it was fantastic. She is clearly an expert in the field and used real-world examples that made complex topics easy to understand. I left feeling much more confident in my skills.

Ali was our instructor and he was great!! He makes the course very fun but very informative which makes the long course day feel short. I highly recommend getting your First Aid & CPR certification here!!

I completed a First Aid/CPR course yesterday and had a great experience. Maria was an excellent instructor, she explained everything very clearly and made the material easy to understand. She also adapted seamlessly to our group’s size and dynamic, which made the training feel engaging and well-paced.

The information was presented in a clear and interesting way, and the practical exercises helped reinforce what we were learning. I would definitely recommend this course and Maria as an instructor.
