She explained every topic in a way that was easy to understand, demonstrated proper techniques with confidence, and made sure everyone in the class felt comfortable practicing the skills hands-on. I am very disappointed with my experience this time. I paid a significant amount for this CPR and First Aid course, and after completing my assessment, I still have not received my certificate by email. This is unacceptable. When I called for support, I was told to wait 5–6 business days, which is far too long—especially since I need this certificate for my nursing requirements and my submission deadline has already passed. For the cost of this course, timely delivery of the certificate should be guaranteed.

If you need your certificate right away, we offer an Express Certificate option that allows students to receive it within 24 hours of course completion.
