Our Private/Group Sarnia First Aid & CPR/AED training courses come in the Online Blended format, meaning that students must complete half of their training online in their own time prior to attending a one day in-class training date.

First, learn theory and knowledge online in the comfort of your own home at your own pace. Recertification Training All of our Canadian Red Cross First Aid and CPR certificates expire after three years (besides Basic Life Support) and must be renewed to stay valid. Prior to your original certificate expiring, you are eligible to enroll in a Recertification course. The Recertification course was designed to refresh student’s life saving skills and inform them of any new techniques to assist in an emergency situation.

Basic Life Support (HCP) is a course specifically created to teach essential rescuer skills for healthcare professionals. Basic Life Support teaches students how to operate in a fast-paced environment while teaching life saving skills.

I have to retake the Standard First Aid & CPR Level C course every three years, and I’ll admit that I was quite sceptical going into this one. I expected to be bored, since much of the material was familiar to me. But our instructor, Kianoosh, completely changed that experience. He created such an engaging, thoughtful, and interactive learning environment that the time simply flew by. Instead of just going through the material mechanically, he encouraged us to think, ask questions, and truly understand why we do things a certain way. I came away with so much new and valuable information and, more importantly, a much deeper understanding of the material than I had after previous courses. There was no unnecessary “walkie-talkie” or endless repetition, just the most important information, explained clearly and reinforced with many practical and memorable examples from Kianoosh’s own experience. After taking this course several times over the years, I can honestly say this was by far the most engaging and valuable one. Kianoosh is an excellent instructor, and I would highly recommend his course to anyone who wants to leave a First Aid & CPR class feeling genuinely more confident and prepared.

I just completed the Basic First Aid & CPR/AED Level C course at Coast2Coast in Burlington, and it was an excellent experience from beginning to end. Our instructor, Elhamy, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and highly trained. What made the course even more enjoyable was his great sense of humour and the fun games and activities he incorporated into the training. These activities really helped reinforce the information and made it much easier to remember. The day went by so quickly because the learning environment was engaging, enjoyable, and interactive.
