It teaches resuscitation for all ages, which includes adults, children and infants, plus choking care and AED use.

This blended first aid and CPR program pairs online theory with practical skills: after the online module you attend one day of in person training here.

Arrive at 734 Montreal St (second floor) in comfortable clothing. Free parking is on site. The day typically includes a scheduled lunch break, so bring a lunch or buy one nearby. Expect practical skills work throughout.

We serve residents and individuals across Eastern Ontario, including Napanee and Gananoque, and sit close to the Queen's and St. Lawrence College campus.

Basic Life Support suits nurses, paramedics and clinical staff, and is valid one year. A shorter BLS Renewal is available to current cardholders. Learn more about this program.

Recertification can be completed once, within 90 days of your card's expiry. You must hold a current Red Cross certificate; we cannot recertify cards from other providers.

Two youth courses are taught here: Babysitting for ages 11-15 and Stay Safe! for ages 9-13. Unlike adult cards, youth certification never expires.

Participants can add a two-hour Airway Management module. This training covers suction devices and oral airways (OPAs) for complex breathing emergencies.
