Blended First Aid & CPR/AED Courses

Coast2Coast offers training in an Online Blended format, ideal for those who do not want to spend as much time in a classroom. What’s Online Blended? This means that half of your training will need to be completed online in your own time. The online portion will contain the theory and knowledge of first aid and CPR. After you complete the online portion, you will need to attend a one day in-class session which will cover the hands-on skills with one of our Canadian Red Cross instructors.

This WSIB approved course will teach students how to perform CPR, use an AED, bandage wounds and more! Practice these life-saving skills with our top-notch equipment. First Aid & CPR/AED Recertification Courses

Coast2Coast provides Recertification courses for students whose Canadian Red Cross certificate is about to expire. Our training courses are WSIB approved, ideal for keeping your life-saving skills fresh. Students will attend a one day course that primarily focuses on hands-on training. This training will not only renew a student’s certificate, but it will also help the student feel more confident in their first aid and CPR skills.
In order to be eligible for a Recertification course with Coast2Coast, you must have a valid Canadian Red Cross certificate that is not from a previous Recertification course. Students may only recertify CPR/AED Level C or Standard First Aid & CPR/AED Level C. If you do not meet this criteria, you will need to attend a full training course. Basic Life Support (HCP) courses were created for those in healthcare professions such as nurses, pre-hospital care providers and more! Our Basic Life Support courses in Kingston will teach students how to act and work in a fast-paced environment such as a hospital. Learn life-saving skills such as high-performance CPR, trauma, opioid overdose and more in this intense training course.
Our Canadian Red Cross instructors will prepare you for emergencies you may face while helping you build confidence in your life-saving skills. I took the Standard First Aid and CPR/AED course with Maria and had a really great experience. Maria was incredibly kind, friendly and thorough in her teaching. She explained everything so clearly that I ended up getting 100% on the final test first try. I’ve taken a first aid course before and found it pretty boring and unengaging, but Maria made the repetitive content interesting and easy to learn and understand. She created a really positive environment and made sure everyone felt comfortable. I’d really recommend this course for anyone who needs, especially if you have Maria as your instructor.
