Training Levels:
Coast2Coast offers training in an Online Blended format, ideal for those who do not want to spend as much time in a classroom. What’s Online Blended? This means that half of your training will need to be completed online in your own time. The online portion will contain the theory and knowledge of first aid and CPR. After you complete the online portion, you will need to attend a one day in-class session which will cover the hands-on skills with one of our Canadian Red Cross instructors.
This WSIB approved course will teach students how to perform CPR, use an AED, bandage wounds and more! Practice these life-saving skills with our top-notch equipment. Coast2Coast provides Recertification courses for students whose Canadian Red Cross certificate is about to expire. Our training courses are WSIB approved, ideal for keeping your life-saving skills fresh. Students will attend a one day course that primarily focuses on hands-on training. This training will not only renew a student’s certificate, but it will also help the student feel more confident in their first aid and CPR skills.
In order to be eligible for a Recertification course with Coast2Coast, you must have a valid Canadian Red Cross certificate that is not from a previous Recertification course. Students may only recertify CPR/AED Level C or Standard First Aid & CPR/AED Level C. If you do not meet this criteria, you will need to attend a full training course. Coast2Coast First Aid provides Professional Responder training in Kingston. Our Professional Responder courses are part of the advanced training courses including levels such as First Responder and Emergency Medical Responder. These courses are designed for those in first responder roles such as firefighters, paramedics, etc. Each participant is required to complete intense, scenario-based training that may last 2-8 days depending on course level.

Children can learn amazing life-saving skills too! Coast2Coast offers Youth programs which are designed to teach pre-teens and teens a variation of topics including how to keep themselves safe, how to care for younger children, basic first aid and more. Our Youth programs are structured by the Canadian Red Cross, guaranteeing your children will learn many great skills.
Our two youth courses are Babysitting and Stay Safe. The Babysitting course is for teens who wish to learn how to care for younger children. This course will teach leadership skills, basic first aid and, of course, how to take care of younger children. Stay Safe was made for pre-teens, teaching them how to keep themselves safe when an adult is not supervising them as well as basic first aid skills.
