No, not fully. WSIB approved certification requires an in-person skills assessment. Coast2Coast uses blended learning: theory online at home, then a hands-on session on-site.
Intermediate/Standard First Aid spans two days and is valid 3 years; CPR/AED Level C Blended takes 6-7 hours and is valid 3 years. Basic Life Support (BLS) is 4 hours in-class and valid 1 year, requiring annual renewal.
CPR/AED Level C can be recertified as long as your current certificate has not expired. Under Canadian Red Cross policy, Intermediate/Standard First Aid can be recertified once, so you alternate between a recertification and the full course. If your certificate has already expired, you must retake the full course.
