Red Cross CPR, First Aid & BLS Certification & Course in Barrie

Our Online Blended course is designed for those with hectic schedules where training incorporates CPR/AED and First Aid online and in-class. This is a great opportunity for students or those who work full time. Before you attend the class, you must complete the online section which covers the theory and knowledge portion of the training. This will include videos, quizzes, and step-by-step processes to prepare you for your in-class training. The in-class section of the course is where you practice the safety skills you learned online with proper equipment. First Aid & CPR/AED Recertification Courses

If you are looking to update your First Aid certificate, our recertification courses are available to you in Barrie. It is important to be aware of your certificate’s expiration date. In order to sign up for a recertification course, you must register and complete the course before it expires. Our recertification courses are shorter than your original CPR or Standard First Aid course, but will still cover all important content. By recertifying, you will stay up to date with any new information the Canadian Red Cross adds to their course.

Construction Workers, Daycare Staff, ECEs, Personal Support Workers (PSWs), Coaches, Security Guards, and students in Durham Region.

3-year Canadian Red Cross certificate (valid for WSIB).

The Basic Life Support (BLS) course provides updated resuscitation techniques and an environment to practice high-performance CPR, Airway Obstruction, Assisted Ventilation and more. This Canadian Red Cross designed course trains those in the health care industry the necessary skills to be successful in their career. This course also gives students the option to add additional skills such as Airway Management and Oxygen Therapy.

Nurses (RN/RPN), Dentists, Hygienists, Firefighters, Paramedics, and Medical Students.

1-year BLS certification (Optional: 3-year Airway Management & Oxygen Therapy).
