We had our in-person First Aid and CPR training in our office in downtown Toronto. Kia was our instructor and had come all the way down here to train us. He has such a great personality and made learning fun and insightful. His knowledge and level of expertise is top level because of his past career, and he had the right answers for any questions we had!

I recently completed the standard first aid cpr course, and I was content with the experience. The instructor kia was engaging, clearly knowledgeable, and made the class feel interactive and practical. I really appreciated how how he broke down each technique and gave us hands on training. I’ve taken several CPR courses at different institutions, but this was by far the best experience yet. The instructor Kia was incredibly knowledgeable and kept us fully engaged the entire time. Kia's ability to demonstrate techniques in a clear, easy-to-understand way made a huge difference. I left the class feeling truly confident that I could handle a real-world emergency. I recently completed a BLS class with Andrea and it was by far one of the best BLS courses I've taken. Andrea explained everything clearly, made the material easy to understand and created a really supportive learning environment. The class was well organized, hands on and engaging which made it easier to understand. I highly recommend taking a BLS class with Andrea if you have a chance. I'll be back next year and hopefully able to ask her to train my team as well.
