Blended First Aid & CPR/AED Courses
Coast2Coast First Aid & Aquatics offers Ottawa First Aid & CPR Blended courses that are approved nationwide by the Canadian Red Cross and meet WSIB standards. This online blended format is ideal for participants with busy lifestyles who need to complete CPR/AED and First Aid training in a flexible and convenient way.
The blended format allows participants to complete the knowledge and theory portion of the course at their own pace through our online learning platform. Once the online component is completed, participants attend an in-class session to reinforce learning, practice hands-on skills, and build confidence under the guidance of a certified instructor. No prerequisites are required for blended courses.
First Aid & CPR/AED Recertification Courses
Our First Aid & CPR/AED Recertification courses in Ottawa are designed for participants who already hold a valid, non-expired Canadian Red Cross certificate and need to keep their certification current. Canadian Red Cross First Aid & CPR/AED certificates are valid for three (3) years.
Recertification courses focus on refreshing essential life-saving skills, reviewing updated guidelines or curriculum changes, and practicing hands-on techniques in a classroom setting. This streamlined option allows experienced participants to maintain confidence and compliance without repeating the full course.
