Physical Activity Disclaimer:
For most participants, the physical activities required during a first aid and CPR certification course should not pose any health concerns. However, some individuals may find the hands-on skill demonstrations physically demanding. If you have a history of heart conditions, respiratory issues, physical disabilities, are pregnant, or have muscle, bone, or joint injuries, we strongly recommend consulting with your physician before participating in the skills portion of the course.
If you’re unsure whether you should take part in your scheduled training, please contact us directly for guidance. Please note that if you choose to attend but are unable to perform all required skills, you will receive a participation card instead of an official first aid and CPR certification card.
Notice of Photography:
By registering for and attending this training on the selected date, the participant grants Coast2Coast First Aid & Safety and its authorized representatives permission to photograph or capture images of them during the event. These photos may be used for the purpose of promoting future Coast2Coast First Aid & Safety events and trainings, showcasing the event itself, or highlighting the organization’s programs, services, and capabilities.

But the class was so good and full of energy that everything went really well. I was prepared for a long, boring day, but I didn’t feel tired at all!
Mr. Ali was very professional, caring, and energetic. He taught everything clearly, and we were able to answer all the questions on the final test.
The practical part was also great, he explained everything to everyone really well.
It was a great experience. It could have been a tough Sunday, but it actually turned out to be fun and not tiring at all!
My instructor was Ms.Mitra and her class was very good.
