This was my third time taking a SFA & CPR course, but my first time with Coast2Coast. My instructor was Karisa and she did a great job going through all of the material while having a great attitude to keep things engaging. I learned some new things today! My only complaint is that the facility has no fresh drinking water available. For what the course costs a water cooler should be complimentary.

Had a major issue due to employee setting me up in the wrong course and had an issue with the customer service rep that I was dealing with. Spoke with management and they were able to help rectify the issue and help me get the correct course for my daughter and I.
