MOBILE SWIMMING PROGRAM!

At Coast2Coast, we value our client’s time and our services are offered based on their needs. This means you will not have to be worried about bad weather or being late for class because of traffic! If you think this is the service for you, simply fill out the registration form and you will be moments away from the most convenient swimming lessons ever!.

Testimonials!
What truly surprised me was how fast a full-day lecture flew by. Kia has an incredible way of delivering lessons engaging, energetic, and never dull for a single moment. Learning CPR and first aid could easily feel heavy or stressful, but he makes it genuinely enjoyable and even fun. You leave the room not just certified, but truly confident.
Above everything, you can feel that this man has a real heart for helping people. He does not just go through the motions he inspires you to step up, act with good intentions, and genuinely make a difference when it counts. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a first aid and CPR course that is both world-class and deeply human.
Time flew by so quickly, which says a lot! I’m really happy I took this course and would definitely recommend it.
Time flew by so quickly, which says a lot! I’m really happy I took this course and would definitely recommend it.
I learned and practiced a wide range of first aid skills, and I now feel much more confident in my ability to help others in emergency situations.
If you’re considering getting your first aid certification, I highly recommend this place!
The in-person portion of the course was equally well run. Our instructor, Azra, was clear, knowledgeable, and very supportive throughout the training. She demonstrated each skill thoroughly and provided helpful guidance while we practiced. I especially appreciated how she explained the rationale behind the care being provided, which made it much easier to understand and remember the steps.
Overall, it was a very well-structured course that balanced online learning with hands-on practice effectively. I would highly recommend this course to anyone needing Standard First Aid and CPR training.
Highly recommend this training to anyone, it is such an important skill everyone should have.
Thanks again to Joseph for making it such a great experience.
Both Scott and Andrea explained everything in detail and demonstrated everything really well.
Thankyou so much Andrea and Scott.
She did amazing lectures and great hands on.
Why Swimming
No exercise or activity offers a total-body workout, is easier on the joints, increases flexibility, and can be enjoyed at any age—from toddlers to seniors—than swimming. While it’s most often associated with summer, swimming is actually a physical activity in which you can participate at any time of the year if an indoor pool is available. It’s like that quote: “I cannot fly, but swimming is the next best thing. The water is my sky.” and here are a few reasons we believe you should know how to:
1.Swimming is one of the easiest and best ways to burn unwanted calories
2.Swimming works your body’s motor coordination. Over two thirds of the body musculature are engaged when you swim, so it improves coordination
3.Swimming can improve your posture. Swimming strengthens joints and improves posture by improving the position of the spinal column.
4.Swimming is always good for anyone/everyone
5.An Australian study reported that kids who swim are more advanced than their non-swimming counterparts
