    Our Emergency First Aid and CPR/AED is an 8-hour course offering an overview of first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for the workplace or home. The course covers skills needed to recognize, prevent, and respond to circulation emergencies for adults (CPR level A or C). Other topics include airway and breathing emergencies, as well as the prevention of disease transmission.

    Our Standard First Aid and CPR/AED is a 16-hour course offering first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for those who need training for work requirements, or who want more knowledge to respond to emergencies at home. The course covers a variety of topics from basic (circulation and breathing emergencies, and prevention of disease transmission), to in-depth (sudden medical emergencies and injuries to the head and/or spine).

My instructor Elhamy was helpful throughout the whole course to answer any questions, and while keeping the discussion around the important topics serious, also made them fun (ex. With the use of a kahoot before the test). 10/10 would recommend

    took a class here in 2022 and returned yesterday for my recertification. Our instructor, Hetal, was absolutely amazing — very easygoing and patient. Even if someone asked the same question five times, she would always respond with a smile and explain clearly. I’ve already referred many friends here. The location is very convenient and accessible for Scarborough people. This time, I completed Standard First Aid Level C, and I’m very satisfied with the experience.
