I just completed my Standard First Aid & CPR/AED Level C course and I would highly recommend. Our instructor, Tatiana Briceno, was amazing at teaching the necessary skills and concepts while making it interesting at the same time. I was super happy with how everything went.

I took Standard First Aid with Julia today and she was wonderful! Great instruction I feel confident in my care. She was also so nice and had the class laughing and enjoying our time!!! 100% would take First Aid here again.

Joyal was an excellent instructor! He made the training very engaging and easy to understand. He made sure everyone in the class comfortably took turns in completing the practicals. I learned a lot and feel much more confident handling emergency situations. Overall, I had a great experience in this First Aid and CPR course with Joyal. I would definitely recommend his class.

I did my in-person training from here for my standard first aid and CPR programs, and Joyal Fernandes was my instructor. I really did enjoy my class; it was fun and very educative.

The course was really informative and straight forward. The format of the online portion made progression easy, and our instructor, Joyal, was very friendly and made the information easier to digest! He gave great tips, and took the time to make sure everyone understood the key concepts from both the practical and online segments.

My instructor, Ashraf, was fantastic! He was friendly and fun, while also being very thorough in his explanations, but didn’t go into unnecessary detail – a hard balance to strike! I took Standard First Aid with CPR/AED. There was an online self-directed portion, and then an in-person portion with Ashraf. The in-person portion was very hands-on, with the majority of the day spent in skills practice and simulation. I would definitely recommend this trainer and facility to anyone looking for First Aid training!

I had a very positive experience in this BLS course. The instructor was excellent, knowledgeable, patient, and very clear in their teaching. Teacher explained many important details that had not been properly covered in my previous classes, and they took the time to explain the reasons behind each step. That made the material much easier to understand and remember. The class was very helpful, informative, and engaging. I would definitely recommend this course to others.

Very immersive learning experience with red cross trainer Andrea. Coming from an introvert perspective who doesn't celebrate learning in group environment but I must say she had all of students in class room fully engaged and wanting to learn even tho many of us didn't enter the first Aid class room thinking we gonna learn something . It's a sign of a trainer who is extremely passionate towards her craft and career and want to genuinely make a difference in the society. A must try experience for everyone even for those who just wants to serve the community in some capacity not only for healthcare workers or ones who need first aid cpr's for thier professional job.
